If a "Relaying Not Allowed" error appears when you try to send email from a POP email client, your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is not permitting an outside SMTP server to send
email through their Network. In this case, you need to use your ISP's outgoing mail server (SMTP)
setting for the "Outgoing Mail Server".
ISP's do not allow relaying to stop indiscriminate Spamming.
In case you do not know what your ISP's SMTP is or you have
forgotten it, just call or email them and ask what the SMTP is for
your User Account.
If you have cPanel Web Control, the setting would be
User ID some-name@yourdomain.com
Password: This is the password you chose for this user account when you set-up this email account via cPanel.
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: Your ISP's SMTP
Note: yourdomain.com is generic, could be yourdomain.com.au,
.net.au, .biz, etc.
