These are particularly suitable for subscribers who visit audio/visual intensive sites. The account is accessible  Australia-wide, and there is also no session limit so you are not going to get cut-off in the middle of a download. You decide how many hours you need per month and that becomes your monthly limit. If you need more time in a particular month you can always upgrade. Excess time usage applies if you go over the limit without upgrading the account.
